We're having trouble with a fileserver and the service is currently inaccessible. The server needs to be rebooted onsite, which might take 20-30 minutes.

Concern

I use runbox as my primary email address, but I'm beginning to re-think my choice. Service is getting inconsistent; not only is the mail now inaccessible, but the site was very slow for me today, and I use DSL service.

dude,
I've been using runbox for about 2 years, and there have been times when there have been "meltdowns". Stick around.

The date somebody joins the forums doesn't indicate how long they have been Runbox customers. The two are completely separate.

I'm having absolutlely no problems with the web interface at this time.

As Geir's post indicated, they were having some problems and were going to try rebooting the file server to see if the would resolve the problem. I know he said 20-30 minutes but I think that if problems were still occurring a few hours later that people would get the idea that a simple server reboot didn't fix it. Sometimes problems aren't always solved by a simple reboot.

Regards,
Rich

I am glad to hear that some one is getting all of their mail. Because of my time difference with the US, I normally get a lot of mail in the morning my time and I have no incoming mail for a 4 hour time block, which I find hard to believe. I sure hope that they get their system back on track.
