The only EuMX downtimes I can recall (not so many over these years) were always due to issues with a network in a datacenter, hopefully they will work something out with their network provider.

This outage was an exceptional one. This time outage was caused by series of human errors and not by any technical issues.

Regardless of this issue; our new infrastructure will sill work in similar situations since part of the servers will run from different geographic location.
