Webmail down
Sigh... now webmail's down. Whenever I try and view any message (in any folder) I get that nice "500 Internal Server Error"...

Web and IMAP down
Just curious to see if this is a continuation of the issues earlier, both the web interface and IMAP are down and out for me...
As of about 0940 CET. Hopefully it will resolve itself. Regards, John |

I have a POP problem here: outlook keeps coming back and asks for the POP password... looks like the identification database (or whatever runbox uses) can not be contacted to identify my login password for POP pickup...
My colleague (sitting next to me) picks up via IMAP and that works... hmmm rs |

Everything's fine for me and a number of others. If you're still having problems I think you should go to the support site (http://support.runbox.com) and start a ticket... You'll get a better response to why your account isn't working then also.

Only some users were affected
Not all of our users was affected, so it is quite normal that things worked fine for some and not for others.
The problem was that we had to take down one storage unit for testing and it unfortunately affected a lot more users than planned. |

This should be fixed -- are you still having problems?
