Oddly blocked from new account by Mail AND Gmx

I was looking to set up a quickie email with a provider that didn't require a telephone or alternative emails and Mail.com and Gmx seemed to fit the bill. Oddly, both, and with the same format, kept saying "Error!" And I tried with both Explorer and Chrome, so that wasn't the problem. Hm?

Oh, and speaking of being blocked, I'm still having to sign in multiple times here at EMD to post.
