Need confirmation - MessagingEngine.com Server Outage
Today I tried see my active and closed tickets from the FM Support page (tried a few times throughout the day). Each time I got MessagingEngine.com Server Outage. Nothing shows in the status page and everything else appears to be behaving properly. So can someone please confirm they see this behavior too before I start worrying it's something local to my system?
If you do confirm it I will try to submit a ticket but I am not sure that may work either. Maybe there's something wrong with their ticketing system. I figured I ask here before trying that. Thanks in advance. |

I see Server outage as well on the support page, not on "create ticket", but on "active tickets" and "closed tickets".

Thanks for the quick reply. Now I can submit a ticket on the tickets! A "meta-ticket"?
Update... Heh, went to submit the ticket, re-tried active and closed tickets one last time and this time it worked! Go figure. |
