Paid For Inbox.com - Got Cancellation Message From Paypal ???
Hello All,
I paid for a year of Inbox.com service weeks ago. Today I got a message from Paypal that my Inbox.com subscription is cancelled. My Inbox.com account still seems to be working and I have not received any cancellation message from Inbox.com Does anyone know what is happening? Has this happened to anyone else? TIA |

Though I don't know the answer to your question I did have a similar (Paypal) problem myself. I called them (their number is available after you login) and was connected immediately. The problem was resolved shortly afterwards.

This appeared on Inbox.com 's login page today.
"It’s possible that you have received a notification that your email subscription was cancelled. Your subscription is still valid and you will continue to have access to your mailbox just fine until the end of the subscription period. This is an issue caused by PayPal and we are currently working to fix it. We are sorry for any inconvenience but this was not caused by Inbox. We will keep you updated. Have a great day, Inbox.com team" |
