Need urgent help...please, gmail account

Hello ALL,
I have fogotten my password to my gmail account and I had to alternative email stored or any secret question or anything like that.....i have tried all but cannot find a solution. Can anyone please help me how to solve this problem....is there any customer phone no. where I can get by a new password to my account or something......or any other way
This is my main account for emails...so it is very very important for me. Please help ASAP.Please.

I am really sorry that what i am going to say is just going make you more miserable.
Yahoo & Gmail has a well established policy that they are not going to do anything if u lose your password. I have read this in their terms & condition.

All i can say is, dont panic. Relax and think. You will remember your password. Once a friend had the same issue. But later remembered the password.

Therefore, once you retrieve your password from some hidden place in your brain, do make sure the same story does not happen again. Set up a reminder question, alternate email address, whatever there is in gmail (can't be more specific, as I don't use gmail)
