Red warning not going away

Last month I nearly reached my maximum bandwith available and a message written in red colour appeared on top of the webmail interface.

NOTICE: You have used over 75% of your monthly bandwidth allowance. Click here for more details

Now everything is back to normal and my bandwith usage has been resetted to 0MB but the warning still appears most times (not always).

How do I get rif of it?
