Looking for free email

Should have certain features, not necessary all of them but most:

Free; Secure; 2FA; no-Javascript; no-other script; no-image; ability to view/preview email as plain text;

Itīs difficult to find a reliable service with those conditions.

I wouldnīt say "secure" (only my opinion) but you could try safe-mail.net with interface: Fast (no scripts or icons) but being a free account you are very limited.

Maybe you should use an email client like Thunderbird.

I'm not certain why anyone would offer "free" email without the ability to monetize the service as Gmail does, using tracking of your activity various ways. However, I don't believe they use or allow javascript. You can set Gmail to not automatically load images.

As many people have said, if something is "free" you are the product in some way or another.

I see... and what would be more secure in terms of defending against sent malware/scripts - webmail interface or standalone client?

Standalone client.

Anyway you can use noscript addon or similar and only allow javascript in your browser in the websites you want.

Example in Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...le-javascript/

What do you mean by "no script"? All modern web mail uses javascript. Gmail has a simple mode for older browsers without scripting.

Html mail cannot deliver malware unless the browser has serious bugs. The webmail server strips anything questionable like embedded javascript. Gmail and Outlook are good at that, they also detect phishing.

All the popular email clients ignore javascript, most can disable images.

What about being able to see link before clicking it? In many cases you got some stupid boxes with "CLICK ME" and there's nothing to do about it. I am talking about gmail especially but I've noticed that beside few sophisticated webboxes all have the some problem.
