Help for new user

Please help! I subscribed to FM for my small business. The inability to call or reach anyone for help is maddening. I failed to copy the temporary email passwords and cannot use FM as a result. I am making one last attempt or will call and cancel the credit card payment. This is like a black hole! Can someone help me?

I think that a support ticket is faster. Go to www.fastmail.fm, select Support at the top, and open a new support ticket as best as you can.
