Fastmail webmail shows 1 unread message, always
A few days ago, I noticed that my fastmail webmail is showing 1 unread message in my inbox. When I look through the inbox or click to display unread messages, I don't find any. I have the same behavior using Firefox 99.0 on Linux Mint, using Chrome, and even on my android phone. I've cleared caches on all devices, but the 1 remains.
I can't think of a way to clear this problem and wonder if someone has a suggestion to fix the problem. |

In the search box on webmail, type:
is:unread If there are no results, I would suggest to raise a support ticket. |

I entered is:unread in the search window, which turned up 5 emails, but called the total 6, so no joy there.
I will open a ticket after waiting to see if anybody else has a suggestion for what to try. Thanks for your input. |

[SOLVED] Fastmail webmail shows 1 unread message, always
I opened a ticket with Fastmail and they corrected the problem at their end, so the problem has gone away.

Interesting.
I was seeing this yesterday also on the FM mobile app for Android. It is also gone now. |

I have the same problem in one of my folders now (unread count shows 1, but unread filter shows none, and selecting all mail in folder (5916 messages) and marking as read doesn't stop the problem. Also marking all messages unread, refreshing and marking all messages read doesn't solve it. I haven't filed a ticket yet.
