Rename account broken?
Hi,
I've just renamed my fastmail account (@fastmail.fm -> @fastmail.net) and now all my alias e-mail addresses and virtual domain addresses bounce. :-( I've checked and they are still listed in the account settings. Even my new e-mail adress is not working. Well done Fastmail! I really hope the FM support is fixing this immediately. Is Fastmail support only reachable during australian business hours?
Do they offer phone support? |

Fastmail has support staff in multiple time zones. They are not restricted to Australian working hours only.
Unfortunately, there is no emergency phone number. You did the best you can by highlighting your issue here. I hope your issue is resolved soon. In the meantime, if you have not already done so, go to the Login screen, click on "Account problems?" and kick off the automated validation script provided. If you are lucky, this may find and resolve your problem. |
