exporting contacts?

For some reason I cannot find how to "export" contacts. I look at the "import and setup" screen per the help file, but I cannot locate the pulldown menu it references, nor can I find anything related to "exporting". I am probably missing something obvious. The last time I exported contacts my recollection is that it was an intuitive process, however now I cannot seem to figure it out. Any thoughts?

It isn't intuitive. I can't find a way to do it in their Android app, though.
