Exclamation Access Blocked

I can't access Runbox. Getting the message "access unauthorised". Tried using webmail and my Mac "Mail" account. Any suggestions?

Runbox Service Status website reports they are having authentication problems on server side.

The authentication problems were resolved a while ago, and all Runbox accounts should now be operating normally. Sorry about the inconvenience.
