Do drafts use up bandwidth?

I know they use up storage, including any attachments, but do they use up bandwidth if you don't Send the message?

To expand a little on what Terry said, bandwith usage is a measure of the amount of data entering and leaving your account. That's why drafts don't count.

I'm sure that's true while using the web interface, but if saving Drafts say using Thunderbird, I'm sure there is bandwidth usage, since data is actually being exchanged between your PC and the server.

Of course, that's just conjecture on my part.

If you're saving a draft from TB/OE to the Drafts folder at FM, then yes, there is BW usage but only for re-downloading it to edit, I don't believe there's upload BW usage at the moment.

Also note that at the moment we're really only counting 1/4 of actual download BW usage.

The hold BW usage thing is really there to stop major abuse, so it's reasonable liberal for most common usage situations.
