I just connected to the site OK from Sydney and was able to navigate around the site without any problems so I don't think there is an Australia-wide problem. Perhaps it is something more localised?

Perhaps, www.com is targeting Melbourne and who knows particular suburbs, too.

No problems here either.

Still have not figured out if there is imap or pop access.

Support sent me an email with instructions on setting up imap but after following their instructions I continue to get error messages.

I sent another email to support about a month ago but no further replies from www.com.

I can get to the site and to the email login page, but it hasn't let me login to my account for quite awhile now. The login page just refreshes, still showing my name and password filled in without any error messages. So I've given up on them.

Don't worry about not being able to have a working www.com account. I had three in the old days when www.com was above board and offered free email accounts with solid operation and support. That is until they were taken over by dotcom speculators and marketers and without warning, explanation, or apology threw out all their free users such as myself who had accounts for years. WWW.com just re-opened free account registrations after what 7 years or something? I guess they finally figured out that charging people for what many others offer for free and much better was a losing proposition. Unfortunately, www.com has emulated some other free services in setting an inexplicable and arbitrary username length of eight characters thereby excluding many desirable common names. Therefore, I couldn't get my old account back even if I wanted it. Such oversight and shifting registration policies do noit bode well for the continuity and longevity of this service. In fact they remind me very much of Ispey.com which went through many interface transitions and registration policy changes before finally going belly up.

I could access too. Did you try to access from a different ISP?

Hi, Sorry if you were asking me, but no, the same standard isp I always use which with a UK provider is very reliable and smooth.
