Automatic retreive remote pop server mail periodically

I know fastmail could set automatically retrieve remote pop server mail at certain period interval. Besides fastmail, any other free mail provider also has the same kind service?

Yahoo mail could set to retrieve remote pop server mail MANUALLY only, what I want is automatically at certain time interval to retrieve remote pop mails.

Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.

Cashette.com. The retrieval interval isn't user configurable. I'm not sure exactly how long it is. Mailbox size recently increased to 2500 MB, as reported here.
