FM Android app crippled beginning yesterday!
Yesterday a new interface was installed for my FM android app w/o any approval from me or notification. Now I am having nothing but problems using the app. I cannot send, delete, or move emails while using this app. FM support told me the problem lay with the new interface and to clear the cache and data for this app. I did and it reverted to the previous interface and worked fine but less than an hour later the new interface was reinstalled without approval from me or notification and now all the problems have reappeared.
Anyone else notice this while using the app? I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 with Oreo. I am waiting to hear back from FM support. I am paying a lot of money for their service for myself and another person so I am dismayed they would roll this out the way they did. |

I think FM support has abandoned me. l told them their fix did not work and now 16 hours later crickets.

Yeah. It's a shame they broke the actual email side of the App.
The rest of it was looking so good - direct access to file, notes, cal. I've reverted to loading FM directly in a browser in Android. It gets the new interface plus the email functions seem to work when used directly in a browser (Chrome on Android). |
