Account gone?
Anyone else having troubles today or experienced this before?
I started getting "incorrect password" errors today. Tried using the account recovery option, but it says there's no account by that name. I recently renewed for 3 years so I know my account is current. I've put in a ticket w/ FM support but I'm kind of panicking now that they've accidentally deleted all my account info. |
If this is an error by Fastmail, they are able to restore pretty much everything. It is a strange situation which I have seen with other email providers, but never before with Fastmail.
Have you tried sending an email to your Fastmail account? It would be interesting to see whether the message is bounced. |
Turns out there was a security breach. Not FM's fault. I've since worked w/ Fastmail and fully recovered my account.
