mail.ch / mail.de / mail.fr /mail.uk are running by the same group.
I don't think you can request a behavior like this on EMD.

In the past, I had an email on this site, but for unknown reasons, my account was deactivated, and then voice authentication was activated to register on this site. I just want to activate my old account so I can communicate with my friends because my friends know that email address.

I can tell you my experience. you do can restore your acct by writing email to:
info@mail.de

but, they will require you to upgrade to VIP for activation. the fee is about 10+ EUR/y.

  1. App quite good, even better than fastmail
  2. smtp/imap works great
  3. default antispam policies just suitable
  4. webmail is somewhat ugly
  5. one alias supported in another domain such as top-email.net
  6. has ADs in outgoing messages for free acct
  7. fast, reliable, cheap, I like it.

For mail.co.uk the ad is "FreeMail powered by mail.co.uk" which I find acceptable, as far as advertisements go.
