I tried that but some emails were blocked when sending from Fastmail, I think it was DMARC.

I will look at what you have done and try sending mail from Gmail....but I have cancelled my own domain,...

I have given the email address to my wife now and set up a direct.

I would like my wife to share one of my alias in her mailbox.

I remember I had to generate a password, but I forget the rest of the steps involved....can I still do this or have things changed.
