The only pricing plans I can see directly from their site are the Basic ($30 per year), Standard ($50), and Professional ($90). Here:

I truly hope Fastmail isn't becoming like other providers that have hidden pricing plans not readily visible. If the screenshots are to be believe, the results for most new users are a significant price increase. For example, "Individual" is replacing "Standard" for $10 more per year, which is a 20% increase.
