Yeah, but I avoid that debate, as I am quite afraid to insult people without realising. As an immigrant in Northern Ireland, I am not fully aware of what issues are sensitive matter or not, so I try to avoid the discussions. It's not up to me as an immigrant to tell locals what to think politically after all, so I try to be friends with both unionists and nationalists.

How long do they exist already? They've always been stable?

AS with OnlineNI.net, dublin.ie is a local government portal, this one promoting Dublin. As part of that portal there is a public email facility. Probably as sound a site (longevity) as you can get.

Yeah, but I won't come up for "Dirtie Doblin" I'll just stick with the northern one I think, unless belfast.com would start sign-ups again...

They did well also by picking onlineni.com instead of .co.uk and .ie -- clever
mail.co.ni and email.co.ni are both registered but not in use I think... mail.ie.nu is still available, though with those subdomains costing 60 EUR/year I can't see anyone registering it.

I didn't think there were so many. Here's another one, irishfree.com (an everyone.net template again)

But, oxygen.ie email service has been terminated by the provider (look at http://www.oxygen.ie/freemail/index.php3 )

Not everybody as lucky as you. More than 12 hours after signing, and my account only shows 5000 KB

Anyway, it does not matter, because I really hate AtMail webmail interface.
