Fastmail for teens

It's a pity there isn't a plan that is cheaper has fewer resources for teens.

Is there a similar email provider which can also have a whitelist facility which then basically completely prevents spam, some of which is sheer fillth, being received.

I suppose the family one is a bit expensive, but you can have lots of mail boxes.
