Unless you count a van selling French Fries only as a restaurant, my latest one was Bavet.

Bavet is a spaghetti restaurant where you can compose you own spaghetti: the size, the type of pasta, the type of sauce, the additional meat balls (or for vegetarians like me: vegan "cheat balls"

) ... You create your own perfect spaghetti.

These restaurants are in almost all reasonably sized cities in my country Belgium, so if anyone ever travels to Belgium I'd recommend them. Very good!
