Cloud Document Service

Hopefully I am posting this in the Proper Forum. (I am guessing this falls under the category of "Miscellaneous")

I am looking for a Cloud Document Service to hold about 8 Excel Documents. One key requirement is the ability to "Check Out" the document so there is no "version conflict." Each of the 8 documents would be updated by one person and I would be going in after them to make some updates.

Added note: I need the functionality of Excel -- I tried doing something like this with Google Docs, but Google Docs cannot handle some of the high level functions of Excel.

Seems that SharePoint does it. I never user it myself, so cannot say more....

Office 365 for Business SharePoint/OneDrive.

Are you using PC or Ipad's?

Ipad's could use Icloud but PC's, you need a sharing platform, look at box.net and Microsof't Onedrive (Built into Outlook) which may be your solution.
