While looking at various VPN services I came across "TorGuard - Anonymous Email Service"

Off-Topic: Regarding your VPN search, now sure if you've already come across this site:
https://thatoneprivacysite.net/vpn-comparison-chart/ They've tons of information on that chart, though it doesn't even open on my PC and it seems to be badly formated.
