alice, have your friend sign up for any Everyone.net free web based email account all of which have advanced compose options: font, colors, and backgrounds which work for both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox and Windows and Mac. As for myself, I like nice, soothing inbox page views other than a blinding white background so try a free, easy, and short email account at:

Hi Alice, we only support Safari 2 (a.k.a. Safari RSS), which first shipped with Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger). I recommend that you wait until Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) ships later this year if you haven't upgraded to Tiger yet.

In the meantime, you can use Firefox 2 on Mac OS X 10.3.9 (Panther). You'll actually gain access to a few more RTE features than what's available with Safari on Tiger.

Apple names each major release of Mac OS X after a cat.

thank you. I downloaded firefox and tried it,but it Everyone.net .the e mail you recommended.) and it did not work....for some reasons..
Firefox kept showing that it would not give permission to the program to do something.

i am confused..

i tried sending an e mail to myself at another e mail address and it did not send.

maybe i should try again, but i got a bit discouraged.

thank you for your help

Hi Alice, I would very much appreciate it if you could Private Message me your email address (of the account with this problem) so we can look into what might be happening. For your help, I will upgrade your account so there are no ads. Thanks!
