e4ward block my mails
It seems for no reason e4ward.com been blocking my mails. I do not get much heavy traffic in incoming mails but been noticing that I am not getting my mails for the past days and found that mail.e4ward.com is refusing connection. Even test mails sent by myself fail. When I alter my mx records to a different server it works.

The forwarding is working now. Wonder what was the cause.

mail.e4ward.com is no longer a valid MX and was pointing to our mx1 server which is temporarily down. We just pointed it to an active MX.
To avoid this issue going forward, please set your DNS MX records to: mx1.e4ward.com mx2.e4ward.com mx3.e4ward.com All affected users (with personal domains pointing to mail.e4ward.com) should have received an email regarding this change earlier this year. For best service, we recommend using our support page for account or delivery issues. |

Thanks for the update. I don't recall receiving any mail regarding the change. Had updated my settings.
