One of the safest emails that I regularly receive was flagged as a possible phishing attempt yesterday. I raised a ticket with Fastmail and they replied:

Thank you for contacting Fastmail support! I'm happy to help.
Due to an unexpected problem in our phishing filter, a number of incoming emails were incorrectly flagged as potential phishing.
Our developers have rolled out a fix for this so that it does not continue to affect new mail.
For mail that has already been delivered, please leave these messages in the same folder that they were delivered to. Our developers are looking into a fix to remove the potential phishing banner from these emails.
I’ll be in touch again as soon as I have more to share.
I thank you for your patience as we work to get this addressed for you.

I noticed on another site that people were also having more emails marked as spam.
