Porkbun offering Protonmail
When I logged onto Porkbun today I noticed they are advertising the option of signing up for Protonmail, at what they call a promotional price:

FYI I'm trying out a free Protonmail account, along with their free Proton Pass password manager, and free Proton Drive with 5GB of online storage. Haven't tried the calendar yet. I really like the design of these products, and so far I haven't encountered any major problems. Quite a substantial group of free offerings. The password manager is particularly nice. I like it better than Bitwarden.

Proton Mail Bridge is a way to do that, but only for paid accounts.
