The list I give are solid providers from my experience.
I even use some of them as my main emails including systemausfall, vivaldi, and softmail.co.uk (powered by sigmaemail).

RC webmail providers

MX Route and Purely mail both provide RC as webmail.

VFEmail.net has both Horde5 and RoundCube, but the free account storage is relatively small and it doesn't seem like they are accepting sign-ups for free anyway.

The next option would be the Bronze account (a one-time fee).

I have a legacy free account with 95MB storage. My account is on their clovermail.net domain.
