Question Server side auto response webmail

Hi,

I am looking for a mail client to install on my server that has mail filter and auto-reply rules that work similarly to that of outlook express.

E.g a message with a defined subject title is replied to with a prespecified email address.

can anyone help with this?

Windows server ? I have good experiences with the Mercury Mail Transport System ( www.pmail.com )
For a Unix/Linux server I don't know the best option.

Do you want a mail client or a mail server application? If you are looking for a mail server product, I would recommend you take a look at the Cyrus IMAP/POP mail product, which, when built with the sieve extension, allows for the implementation of server-side filtering and automatic responses. If you don't want to go to the length of configuring and installing this product, you may want to consider any mail service provider who offers this (sieve) functionality.
