Is mail.de reliable?

They also run mail.co.uk etc but is it reliable?

They are the same company .
I was their VIP user. It worked pretty fine.

No problems for basic email functions
As u know, Germany make good email products
I don’t need that much paid mail, so closed it.
I have experience on these DE mails:
WebDe GMX IONOS VodafoneDE Freenet T-online
Arcor mailDE mailbox poste Tita
Believe me they all function well.
But just well for email, no special flares.

we were able to get good usernames and have signed up

i could not see a way to pay for a premium account other than payplus or some local German option I think?

As long as sending and receiving email is reliable that is sufficient
