I didn't check any of those so I'll ask here, which of those forwarding services also support the ability to send through an associated SMTP server whose messages won't be considered as spam by the recipients (assuming you want to be able to both send and receive using the forwarding address)? Or is this not really a problem and people generally using these services for receive only?

Only paid service like pobox and forwardmx give you SMTP server access.
Free service is not possible to do this.

I've tested sending from POBox, ForwardEmail, SimpleLogin, and DuckDuckGo. They all seem to work fine. With DDG you can easily just reply to any email that is sent to the DDG address and they send your reply from the forwarding address. You can initiate a new email from the DDG address by sending to the format: test_at_test.com_alias@duck.com
