outlook.com account unable to setup check external mail

I have 2 different msn/live account using the outlook gui. It seems I am unable to setup checking of external pop. Do anyone else encounter such problem?

It works for me. When you are in the Outlook.com message viewer screen, the set up is under the "gear" icon, More mail settings. Mine was showing an error today, but I went through the set up process again to send and receive from an external POP account (free Yahoo!) and it works.

Outlook.com gives me hard time setting up external account fetch. Gmail always do this great. Outlook.com sometime can fetch free yahoo, sometime not.
