Surprised me, FM only have 200,000 users? That's not alot.

I'm always amazed how little the average person knows about how email works even though they use it everyday a lot, including the interviewers. I suspect the 200,000 number for FM includes many enterprises that represent multiple users, so the total number of people served is much larger than the 200K customer number.
