Email solutions for startups: security and integration needs

Hello,

As our startup continues to grow (you can find us on Crunchbase: https://www.crunchbase.com/), we're looking to streamline our email management, particularly with a focus on security and seamless integration with other business tools (CRM, project management,...). The current email service no longer meets our needs, especially for handling communications with investors and partners.
I would appreciate any recommendations or insights on professional email services that stand out in terms of security and integration capabilities within a fast-growing business environment.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Best regards

I have no experience in setting up something like this ... but have been involved with corporate hardware & software acquisitions.

Your question seems incredibly vague to me. If you're expecting useful answers, you probably need to think about, at least:

How many staff? - 5, 10, 50, 100, 500, thousands?

Does whatever country your business is registered in impose any limits or requirements? Does it matter to you what country the servers are in & whose laws apply to them?

Are you looking for free, cheap, or paid-for services? What level of support do you expect? Community forums, or provider's tech staff? What sort of turn-round on queries made to support?

What systems/services do your peer startups use? Have you done any research on those, and noted pros & cons of any of them?
