FYI: issue fetching email from office365 account (resolved)

Hi all. I've had an account that was set up to fetch mail from a business Office365 account. It was working (mostly) flawlessly for months.

Last week it suddenly stopped working. I hadn't changed anything (e.g. password) over there or at FM. I could still send mail through that account from FM using the identity I'd set up. I just kept receiving a login error on FM's mailfetches screen. I tried resetting it a few times, and even ensured that the password still worked, but nothing helped.

Today I just deleted that mail fetch entirely and started over. I set up the Office365 import again, importing 6000 messages into FM and telling it to keep fetching mail regularly. That seems to have fixed it.

I'm just posting my experience in case it helps someone else troubleshoot.
