One has to be very careful to check the DATE on dairy products in general; however, some cheeses are meant to be very old.

The partaking of English Stilton is a good way to sate ones appetite, served with fine wine of course!

Whether or not the bacteria in cheese has died, the cheese itself is sometimes dyed to give it some color..

It is well known (by Cheese Aficionado's) that Cheese can sometimes be rather expensive (especially the more rotted down varieties) One way to deal with this is to buy in bulk and seal it, thereby increasing its lifespan.

This cheeseburger, biggest-cheeseburger-4.jpg (JPEG Image, 600x505 pixels), would make quite a meal for some people.

Even though that is a REAL cheeseburger; I doubt that it would actually taste that great. I also imagine that would feed a very large family for a meal!

In our ZEAL for keeping to our daily plans, there are things you say and do you can never take back. But what would you be if you didn't even try. So please, if it's not too late, make it a cheeseburger.
