I believe he means "by market share." I, too, would like to know the source of the information and the year when it was gathered.

If it is market share I am really surprised that outlook.com is so far down the list. And where are the various Apple email addresses?

Looks more like a list of domains not providers. When looked at it that way the list make more sense.
