Been using beeble for a while. I noticed the other day an email never got sent. Their system tells "sent" but the "sent" email stays in the draft box no matter what. So I asked their support who responded today, and here is what they had to say:

Due to a very large number of mailings, with threats to public and personal safety, using vpn and tor service, the system blocks mailings to state and public domains. Now we open such addresses on request in manual mode until the system is trained and configured. In your case this address worked - (EMAIL ADDRESS). We have opened this address, if you have more addresses with state and public domains, you can send us a request and we will open them. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is a forced measure.

Go figure for a privacy service

The visible behaviour in the web client is:
- you see the message being sent;
- the bottom bar saying message sent until the timer (reducing line) ends;
- the sent box not having the sent message;
- the draft box showing an unread message, which is the unsent message. This message remains unread and in the draft box no matter what, unless deleted or the address being manually unblocked as in previous message. You have to send the support an email, and during working hours they will respond asap (sometimes a day or two plus the weekend).
