Out of the ones listed here, mail.io caught my attention. You say it's encrypted, so you mean it's compareable to Tutanota or Protonmail then?

Out of your other list, I've mainly seen inbox.lv (and mail.ee) being mentioned, although I am unsure if the service is reliable as I cannot recall all comments. But it seems they at least have been around for a long time and have many users too, so at least that's a good fact to start with. And I recall they offer even more storage than Outlook and Gmail do.

PS: by heart I can also say mail.gr, mail.by and mail.ir exist and seem to be considered good providers within their own country. In Czechia there is email.cz which is widely used and part of the Seznam group, they have multiple domains to choose from included email.cz and seznam.cz
