heheh nice to see all big guns of the board. But i have a doubt what format should the picture be and what should be the maximum size

Judging by the averages of the pictures on there at the moment, I'd say you should aim for getting the picture within a 250x250 size, with one of the two sides being possibly a bit larger. The size of the file... Well, don't worry too much about it, I guess. I think anything < 15 kb is fine. The format: PNG or JPG...

I don't think Dave will resize your picture if it is big. He will just insert it in.

Actually, I do resize pics if they are particularly big. I do that so there won't be too much horizontal scrolling.
