Unhappy Can't log in to html beta,,,,,,,,

I finally decided to take a break fromr work & was going to play around a bit with the HTML on beta. For some unknown reason (at least to me), I cannot access the beta page. Every which way I try, i get the following error code:

Code:
www.fastmail.fm - An error has occurred
Unfortunately an unrecoverable error occurred while trying to retrieve the requested page. We have logged this error and will try and fix the problem as soon as possible.

If you are really curious to know, the error was :

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

GenerateHTML error: Can't call method "RefreshFolder" on an undefined value at /home/mod_perl/hm/MailApp/Mailbox.pm line 710.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For the moment please click the 'Back' button on your browser and try again. If that doesn't work, please go to http://www.fastmail.fm and login again.
I've logged out, signed back in, at least 3 times & still get this same error code.

Help, please!
TIA!

What address are you trying to go to? Does the following one work?

It's working fine for me. Have you tried the Account Problems link?

No, will try that later. It's 3a.m. for me now, so I'm heading for bed. Which is where I should have been anyway, instead of trying to log into beta, to play around with HTML.

Thanks for your help.

I'm having the same issue. I didn't bother to report it because I thought people would be getting to it -- admin gets to see the error msgs, right? -- but it's been hours now.

You mean the 'help and current issues' board? Nothing there.

I believe LrdVader means the 'Account Problem' link at the login screen.

OK--this is weird,,,,,,,,the link that Sherry posted above, ends up showing this is my browser when I click on it:

https://www.fastmail.fm/beta/?MLS=LN-*;Ust=81b1bb63!45d041aa;Uid=02c6d0f67f53f6b04c98!1082732550;UDm=49;MSignal=MB-*

I had previously bookmarked this (forgot about it last night):

http://www.fastmail.fm/beta/?MLS=LN-*;Ust=cd30f551!45d041aa;Uid=676b91d43b842b309601!1082732481;UDm=49;MSignal=MB-*

I can get to 'beta' via the last one, but *not* the one Sherry had posted for me last night. Strange!

The link that Sherry posted for me, there is *no* Account Problem* link on the login in screen, because I got no login screen. I clicked on her link & it took me to the page that showed the error, which showed the above posted URL in my browser.

That would mean a connection problem - you can run the Account Problems link on the main login page

Try loading Sherry's link and press Ctrl-F5 to force a refresh.

Remove the URL's, they are valid after your session if you don't logout.

Check the Remember Password checkbox, or use this link: https://www.fastmail.fm/beta/?MSigna...sword=password

Yes, if you were using a File Storage stylesheet it resets to Pro Blue Classic.

What's a File Storage sheet? I had been using that stylesheet since File Storage was just an item on a list. Anyway, this is a pain. I don't remember the name of the sheet I was using and I don't like 'Blue Classic'. What's the link to the site where you can test style sheets again?

This is probably related to the updates I just did.

http://www.emaildiscussions.com/...threadid=21048

I can see the errors in the log, but I can't reproduce it.

If anyone can reliably reproduce this, please PM me with the exact steps to take to reproduce it. I'd like to work out what's going on and fix it.
