We pobox.be not only receive and forward email, but also have a mailbox which can be accessed by webmail and clients. Here is the sender header.
We are currently handling email forwarding for 50+ customers.

free acct provides just forwarding which you don't need to login.
only premium acct has webmail/imap/smtp features like Pobox.com mailstore. see our homepage.

Can't login. What's the password?

Password reminder does not work.
I would say the service is not ready for prime time.

You can apply for multiple aliases for your real email.
The forwarding is handled by CF. I control nothing on CF.

I use the 'Cloudflare Email Routing' for some domains, so am familiar with their setup.

For the free forwarding, the admin of the 'pobox.be' domain (jeffpan) has to create a 'Destination Address' - that's your own email address, that you have to verify.

Then he can create your 'Custom Address' - in other words, an alias that directs to your verified email address.

You can't create one yourself - after all, how would you know if anyone else had already created the exact same alias. Jeffpan would have to create extra aliases himself manually.

Looking at your pobox.be website, I can see where there may be some confusion.

For example: The first field is 'Username' when perhaps 'Your desired pobox.be alias' may be clearer.

The second field 'Your email address' when perhaps 'Your own private email address' may be clearer.

One other point, on the verification process - when I receive verification emails from Cloudflare, the email gives instructions on how to verify, PLUS it says this:

Quote:
Once you have verified this email address, manage your Email Routing addresses on the Email page.
I'm assuming that all verification emails would include this sentence, which may make your users think that this option is available to them also?

Thanks for your suggestion following which I will upadate website.
And yes I have no control on how CF send verification email.
Our users can?t setup their routings in CF.
The domain is in my account and controlled by me only.
