Tried to change password, now locked out
Hello. So I was trying to change my password last night via my cell phone and somehow must have managed to enter in the wrong one twice. Now I'm locked out of my account. I know FM doesn't offer phone support and I can't use their support ticket system without a valid password. I've tried emailing support@fastmail.fm from my work email address but I'm just wondering if I have other options to try and get this resolved?
Am kind of desperate... thanks. |

There's a Lost Password link on the login page which will email your login credentials to your previously-specified backup account.
If you haven't specified a backup address in Account Preferences, or if you no longer have access to your backup address, then you'll need to submit a support request. |
