There was a downtime of several hours yesterday 17 December and I notice no one has commented here. Does that mean that Runbox users are giving up and have left?

I actually do not mind a downtime of several hours, as I understand that Runbox itself relies on suppliers, and the suppliers reliability is beyond Runbox control... to a certain degree.

What I would hate is the service dying and closing down without prior notice.

Runbox has it’s own forum now and Runbox representatives are not active anymore on this board.
Also, there are only a few Runbox users left here, I think.

the folks at fm know what they are doing

I used to love Runbox, been with them for years. I recently tried to return and it was a mess. Problematic IMAP connection, app passwords didn't work... I asked for a refund two times, but didn't even get an answer.

I had to chargeback in the end.

Runbox is... not well. I am sad, I was such a good service.
