There's a ha.to, which I ran across in these forums awhile back. I don't think they're going to be around long though, since I noticed earlier today that the site is up for sale.

Apple's @me.com was pretty short, but I don't think they're accepting new registrations. Someone I know has been using AOL since the 90s and is still loyal to it just because he can't find anything shorter.
