Fastmail Android client

Since yesterday/lastnight sometime I have been unable to login to my Fastmail account via the Fastmail Android client. I'm certain I'm logging in with the correct username and password. Also the app is still notifying me of new emails so it must be logged in some way.

Anyone else seeing this? Any remedy?

I think I saw this some months ago (when Fastmail introduced the new 2FA?) but can't now recall what the remedy was. Maybe Fastmail cured it on their end?

UPDATE LATER

Installed and reinstalled, working fine now. (Boring waste of time ... )
